A large blue heron, eagles crying, visiting ducks, osprey calling. We unbind weeds from rushes, Pacific ninebark, sedges. Clumps of reed canarygrass tugged out of the mud, bindweed roots surgically removed, joy. And then joy and more joy. Thank you.
