DESCRIPTION:Join Sno-King Watershed Council in partnership with the City of Kenmore\, Confluence Environmental Company\, and Mid Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group for habitat restoration at ƛ̕ax̌ʷadis Park on Saturday\, September 19\, 2026 from 11 AM to 2 PM.\n \nFamilies and all ages welcome. Volunteers under 18\, please contact us for a parental consent form if you have not been before and won’t have a grown up in tow. Come when you can and stay as long you are able. \nSITE ADDRESS\n7515 NE 175th St\nKenmore\, WA 98028 \nWHERE TO FIND US\nWe will circle up on plaza behind the restrooms before walking to our restoration areas together. If you arrive late\, walk into the park to find us. You’ll be able to see us from the boardwalk! \nWHAT TO BRING\n* Come dressed in clothes and footwear for the weather\, including possible rain and coolness or heat and sun.\n* Wear footgear that will keep your feet dry and warm and that you don’t mind getting muddy\, wet\, or dirty.\n* Wool or other thick socks may keep your toes warm if it is cold.\n* Thick pants (denim or similar) might help protect your legs from blackberry thorns.\n• Sunscreen\, hats\, and layers are also good! \nPlease bring\n* Water bottle \nYou are welcome to bring\n* Work gloves if you have them\n* Your favorite tool (shovel/clippers) if you would like to use it \nBut\nWe will have tools and gloves to share with everyone \nPlease note\nThere is a restroom on site. \nRSVPs not strictly required\, but it always feels good to know you’ll be there.
